Where in SF or Sacramento can I find a costume maker?
I want to make a Dominatrix outfit.---vinyl, shiny material, a very short top and tight cowboy-like pants. I'm looking for a good costume maker, or perhaps a tailor, who had some experience making this kind of outfit. Someone, please help me out. I've looked everywhere and still couldn't find anyone. A location near San Francisco area or Sacramento both works for me.
