About Will the Sacramento Kings be known as the Las Vegas Kings in less than 2 seasons

Will the Sacramento Kings be known as the Las Vegas Kings in less than 2 seasons?
Or will Sacramento work out a deal. I think if the Kings left, Sacramento would be more boring than it already is.

sacremento has one of the best fan bases, and NBA would never approve move to las vegas. So i think they will work it out.

most likely cause they need a new name look a whole new thing for them to keep surviving and well a little change does not hurt .

The events that went down at the All-Star game will surely hinder the NBA's interest in moving to downtown Vegas full-time. The City wasn't prepared to handle the people and security issues were the underlying theme throughout the weekend. I read more coverage about what was happening on the Strip, than on the hardwood. Also, Vegas is the "sexy" city that all the sports are looking to get into, however there's no arena there yet that could truly accomodate a pro team.

It's possible. Sacramento will probably move at some time, maybe to LV, NBA might not let them because they would just think of it as just crazy shit.

I think the Maloofs will make it happen. They already have so many ties to Vegas and they have talked about moving the teams for years now.

This is never going to happen. First of all the maloof's have time and time again said that they are not interested in moving the queens to Las Vegas. Second of all, David Stern doesn't want to put a team permanently in Las Vegas as long as the city endorses betting on Basketball games. He test drove this city and at the end of the day this ride will end up costing him more money and open a Pandora's box into gambling that the game doesn't need!

I don't think the Kings will move to Vegas. I think the commissioner is having second thoughts about bringing an NBA team to Sin City. They should keep the Kings in Sacramento anyway.
